Dr. Amanda Duke
Dr. Amanda Duke is a districtwide education consultant and founder of Salt Creek Learning. With experience as a classroom teacher, SPED director, and principal of a statewide virtual school serving 600+ students, she brings a rare combination of frontline experience and strategic leadership to every conversation.
Known as “calm in the storm,” Dr. Duke is passionate about helping districts build systems that work — for students, for staff, and for the long term. Her doctoral research explores how expectations and communication influence secondary transition for students with disabilities in virtual settings.
