Who We Are Looking For
We are building a talent network of experienced special education professionals who share our values and commitment to compliance-first, student-centered work.
- Licensed special education teachers with 3+ years of experience
- SPED directors or program coordinators with district-level experience
- Compliance specialists with knowledge of IDEA and state SPED regulations
- Professionals with virtual instruction or teletherapy experience
- Individuals who are organized, self-directed, and communicate clearly
- Those who share our commitment to high expectations and high support
How You Might Work With Us
Opportunities with Salt Creek Learning may include:
- Virtual SPED teacher / direct instruction provider
- IEP case manager (virtual)
- Compliance reviewer / IEP auditor
- Professional development facilitator
- SPED consultant (district support)
Roles may be contract-based, part-time, or full-time depending on district needs and availability.
