Who We Are Looking For

We are building a talent network of experienced special education professionals who share our values and commitment to compliance-first, student-centered work.

  • Licensed special education teachers with 3+ years of experience
  • SPED directors or program coordinators with district-level experience
  • Compliance specialists with knowledge of IDEA and state SPED regulations
  • Professionals with virtual instruction or teletherapy experience
  • Individuals who are organized, self-directed, and communicate clearly
  • Those who share our commitment to high expectations and high support
